Sparks Terms and Conditions

1. What Sparks Are

Sparks are reward points earned through onchain activity and platform engagement on Predifi. They represent a measure of your participation in the Predifi ecosystem and are tracked against your connected wallet address.

2. What Sparks Are Not

Sparks are not tokens, securities, investment instruments, or guaranteed financial instruments of any kind. Sparks do not represent equity, debt, profit-sharing, or any ownership interest in Predifi or its affiliates. Sparks have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Potential Redemption at TGE

Sparks may be redeemable for Predifi tokens at the time of Predifi's Token Generation Event (TGE), subject to the specific terms and conditions announced at that time. No specific token amount, price, or exchange rate is guaranteed. Predifi makes no representation that a TGE will occur, that a redemption mechanism will be available, or that any particular value will be attributed to Sparks at any point in time. There is no reward ceiling — every spark you earn contributes to your proportional share.

4. How Sparks Are Earned

Sparks may be earned through the following categories of activity:

• ◆Onchain history — automatically calculated from publicly verifiable blockchain data associated with your connected wallet addresses at the time of analysis.
• ◆Social actions — verified actions including following Predifi on X, posting about Predifi with your passport link, joining the Predifi Discord, and linking additional wallets.
• ◆Referrals — when a referred user mints a Predifi Passport using your unique referral link. Referral sparks are capped and subject to anti-abuse rules.
• ◆Platform engagement — trading activity and participation on the Predifi platform once live (post-launch only).

Predifi determines which activities qualify for Sparks and how many are awarded for each activity. The full list of qualifying activities and their values is available at passport.predifi.com/sparks.

5. Modifications to the Program

Predifi reserves the right to modify Sparks values, earning criteria, tier structures, and redemption terms at any time before TGE, with or without notice. Continued participation in the Sparks program after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

6. No Cash Value

Sparks have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other currency at any time. Sparks are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or assigned to another user or wallet address.

7. Anti-Abuse and Fraud

Sparks obtained through fraudulent activity, automated bots, manipulation of blockchain data, self-referral schemes, coordinated farming, or any other activity that violates these terms or the Predifi Terms of Service will be voided without notice. Predifi reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any wallet or account found to be engaged in abusive behaviour, with no obligation to restore voided Sparks.

8. Expiry

Sparks expire if your associated wallet address has had no activity on Predifi for a continuous period of 12 months, or at Predifi's discretion in cases of suspected abuse or policy violation. Sparks not redeemed within any redemption window announced at TGE will be forfeited.
